TERRIFIC FOR SNOWBIRDS/SEASONAL TRAVELERS We have enjoyed ANGR's Augusta home for several winters. We live full time in the PNW but enjoy spending holidays with our daughter in Dallas. The home is comfortable and perfectly equipped for any kind of work in the kitchen, including holiday baking. The beds are perfect. Our dog has been warmly welcomed and she loved the yard. We made good use of the grill on the sunny days the area offers over the winter. We had a problem with the internet once and the owner was over troubleshooting within an hour. He's responsive, available but never intrusive, and so very friendly. The minute we stepped into the house it felt like home and we can't recommend the Augusta property or ANGR more highly.

We were happy to find this rental home when we had to vacate our house for two months for a refresh. The home was well maintained and very clean. It had nice touches such as upscale kitchen gadgets and plenty of starter supplies - such as tissues, soaps, etc. Landlord was very responsive to any questions we had. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end.

Perfect home for us. We had a 3 month stay in this wonderful home in a delightful neighborhood. The Landlord was great, VERY responsive to our needs, could not have asked for better than Grant. I high recommend ANGR Properties.

As a person who was displaced from my home due to water damage from the freeze. I did not feel as if being in a hotel for a lengthy time would make me feel as if it was going to be bad. It was not until I was actually there. Coming back to the hotel after traveling for work, staying in a hotel, quickly got old. I was ready to go. I didn't know where that would be, but it wasn't until I was placed at one of Grant's properties. Especially the one off of Augusta. Although it wasn't home, being there made me have a sense of home. I was grateful to have a place where I could come back to after a long travel week that felt like home. The home was very nice. The bed did not feel like a hotel bed. It felt similar to my own bed. I quickly became comfortable with the home. Everything you needed was there. Grant was very responsive to any needs that I had. Being there made the displacement seem irrelevant. Thank you, Grant, for opening your hole to me. I would recommend anyone who is dealing with a displacement due to home damage and needs a temporary residence. We relocated to Plano area with work and needed a place to stay at the beginning until we move into our rented house and get our cargo. The house we got through Grant was PERFECT for our needs as a family of four with 2 young girls - it was clean, cozy and inviting, we felt at home immediately and enjoyed a spacious and fully equipped house, up to the very fine details. Check in and user instructions for the house were super user friendly and the communication with Grant was pleasant and efficient before and throughout our stay. The area was great - quiet and accessible. I highly recommend this option for anyone who needs temporary housing where you can just bring your clothes and nothing more…smooth and positive experience all together!

Great rental. My Family and I were placed here while our insurance made repairs to our home, we loved it. Close to the schools, great location, and not far from our home. Property was clean and almost felt like home - almost lol! Management was great and responded quickly to any concerns we had.

We stayed at this property managed by Grant Wickes for 5 months while our house was under construction. Grant took great care of us the entire time.
